You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate, including traveler names, dates, and contact information.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the service to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings or any booking in anticipation of demand.

3. Booking and Payment

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Fares are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation number via email.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All charges are processed in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In general, bookings may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour window, cancellation fees may apply depending on the fare type and airline policies. Refund processing times vary by payment method, typically 5-10 business days.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have valid identification, passports, visas, and any other documentation required for travel. SkyDeal is not responsible for any traveler being denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation. Please verify all travel requirements with the relevant authorities before departure.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkyDeal acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any airline or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. In no event shall SkyDeal's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SkyDeal Travel Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of completing and managing your travel reservations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking or as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

SkyDeal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
